This is an intelligently designed universal gazebo replacement canopy top cover for most standard 12' x 12' two-tiered gazebos. This 12' x 12' polyvinyl top cover has a two-tier ventilated top construction. The top tier measures 36" x 36". Between the top tier and bottom tier is a functional mosquito netting that allows the replacement canopy to expand upwards and to allow wind gusts. This expansion capability allows this replacement canopy to fit two-tiered 12' x 12' (144" x 144") gazebos. The functional mosquito netting between the two tiers keeps annoying insects from entering through the top of the gazebo. The top tier attaches to the bottom tier with a custom designed velcro seam. Reinforced corners and easy Velcro attach tabs per side make it easy to install on existing gazebos. Brass grommet holes are built in for water drainage. This canopy does not have corner pockets for roof bars to be inserted (i.e., SunJoy). Fastening is provided by velcro straps.

This canopy is made from a durable synthetic fabric (at 180 grams per square meter, exceeding industry standards of 140 grams per square meter). The fabric has also been treated with a protective polymer coating for extended life and water resistance.

Included in this canopy netting set is a handsome and functional four-sided mosquito netting curtain to create your outdoor oasis, free of bugs, free of disease carrying insects. The mosquito netting provides a true outdoor room and oasis, adding class, style and elegance to your patio. The mosquito netting attaches, opens, and closes with a custom designed zipper lining. The curtain zips vertically and horizontally to allow multiple configurations.

The pitch of this canopy is measured by the vertical distance from the top of the canopy to the first horizontal hem of the canopy at 32" (click on the below picture to enlarge pitch dimensions). The vertical height of the netting curtain is 80 inches
